Ruck Sack

The Army-issue ruck sack was a wonderful thing; and I have nothing bad to say about it, except that the shoulder straps were not padded enough. It was light as a feather, empty; and it took a lot of abuse. There was no better way to carry all the stuff you need to fight a war.
